Whether they’re digital or paper, a to-do-list or meeting notes, always add the date to the top or bottom of the doc. It’s astonishing how fast time goes by and how quickly we forget. Adding the date can prevent confusion and anguish later. (Even digital files can get their Created Date changed over time.) A dated doc is a gift to your future self.
