Casey’s eTip: Do a Brain Dump Regularly
If your brain floods with “Remember to…” thoughts at inconvenient times or you feel mental clutter, it’s time for a brain dump.
Sit with a blank paper or your project management app and let the floodgates open. Don’t edit or stress–just let all the projects and tasks flow. Once they are captured, you can organize and prioritize them and get them done (or deleted).
To keep the channel clear, do this dump once or twice a month or as needed.
