According to Harold Taylor, a Canadian time management guru and a lovely, generous man, “A packrat is not someone who keeps things that are useless; a packrat is someone who keeps things that are not used” (Making Time Work for You, p. 242).

This spring I’m letting go of many wonderful books (like Harold’s) that have helped me over the years. I no longer need them because they’re burned into my psyche. Before I put them into the Salvation Army box, I’m sharing some Harold’s (and others’) enduring ideas.
