When emailing or texting a phone number to others, use hyphens to connect the digits. You might even put it in the Subject line (e.g., Call me 512-773-4531). The number turns into a hotlink that recipients can click on their phones to auto-dial. If you have a Zoom meeting, you can put the zoom link in the Location line of the calendar appointment. The iPhone will automatically generate a Zoom button for the link to join the meeting. No need for them to scroll down into the body of the appointment.
