One way to re-energize is to engage in low-tech activities that use different muscles and parts of the brain than those we use with our devices. When you put away the screens, what is there to do but engage with the people near you, read a book or move your body in some way? Even a short rest from certain apps on your screens (e.g., news) can provide a useful break.
