Casey’s eTip: Schedule Activities that Spark Joy
Take a look at your calendar for the next four weeks. It’s filled with necessary obligations, of course. Some of them may spark joy, which is a blessing. Others not so much.
It might help you to spend a little time (even just 30 minutes a week) on something that fills up your emotional, mental or physical joy cup. Is it a walk in nature? The luxury of reading an old-fashioned book? Doing a hobby that you love? Making time for these activities can give you energy for everything else and make your workplace productivity more sustainable.
