Hold your ideas lightly and avoid attachment to them. If your suggestion is not adopted, it’s not a rejection of you. And if you don’t care for someone’s ideas, avoid letting that aversion drift into not liking the person. Categorizing ideas (and people) as good/bad, right/wrong gets in the way of creative thinking.
