Your health is the driving force behind your productivity. It determines how well you function emotionally and mentally during this trying time. Fortunately, small changes can make big differences in your resilience. You might:

  • eat one more whole/unprocessed food item a day
  • move your body a bit more (e.g., walk in the fresh air)
  • challenge your body (e.g., balance on one leg while brushing your teeth)
  • sleep a bit more (e.g., turn off electronics an hour before sleep time)
  • reframe your ideas about stress (see this TED talk by Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D.)

And if any of that seems like too much, practice the self-care of self-acceptance!
