Casey’s eTip: Take One Tiny Action
The saying “A job begun is a job half done” is wise and research-backed. Taking a small, seemingly insignificant step gets the ball rolling. After a few such actions, the project’s momentum starts to take over and you are engaged. Tiny steps can look like scheduling a meeting to discuss, looking up how it was done last time, asking someone a question or sending a Teams message.
The important thing is to make this action so miniscule and mundane that your brain will not balk. One tiny action at a time leads to projects completed by their deadlines.
