Awareness is the first step in the change process. You can’t change how you spend your time unless you know how you spend it currently. Each day, update your calendar to reflect your ACTUAL activities. Delete or annotate meetings you didn’t attend. Identify the tasks occupied your time. The truth the calendar reveals will motivate you to align your time with your priorities.
