Find a simple way to keep your goals top of mind. Part of what I do with clients is check in on the status/viability of their goals on a consistent basis. Here are some ideas if you aren’t my client:
*Have a recurring reminder on your phone
*Commit to talk about them with a colleague or friend every 2 weeks
*Make it an agenda item on your weekly planning meeting with yourself
*Put a colorful post-it on your bedroom mirror (you’ll have to move it around regularly so you’ll still notice it)
