Use the Subject line of your emails to clearly and briefly state the action you want the recipient to take. ‘Please Review this Plan for the Jones Deal’ will be much more eye-grabbing than “Jones Deal.” And if the Jones Deal lasts for two years and involves a thousand emails, you’ll want more specific Subject lines for future searches.
