Kanban (Japanese for visual board) is the LEAN workflow approach popularized by Toyota last century. The simplest way to use Kanban is to put your work in one of three columns: Requested, In Progress and Completed. It gives you a quick visual sense of what you’ve got on your plate and a reminder of what you’ve already accomplished.
