December is often fraught with unrealistic expectations and social and familial “shoulds.” Draw on your Observer Self to notice what you enjoy and what you dread. Document your observations and preferences and set a reminder to review them next October. That will give you plenty of time to share them then with the people that matter and to plan a 2026 holiday season that aligns more with your preferences and values.
