You can create accountability for yourself by setting a deadline and working back from it as you would with any project to determine how much time you need to devote to it weekly. You can ask others to bear witness to your accountability by telling them your deadline and/or your time commitments along the way, e.g., “I will work on this article every day for at least one hour.” The daily “Start Your Day with Casey!” huddles are just one forum for sharing your commitments (see below). Coworkers, friends, and family members can be effective accountability partners, too.
